Is Prime Time affected by the new LAX policy that requires travelers to be dropped of picked up at a separate lot called LA-it to catch their shuttle?

Dutch friend has a reservation with complicated instructions. He does not have a USA phone??? Will this be a problem Tuesday 1/7/20

We booked a private shuttle van. It worked out perfect they called me and when we all ready I phoned back told them the post number we were at..within minutes the driver pulled up. I understand if you have arranged a private shuttle you need not go to any other terminal. This service was excellent.

It depends on what vehicle/service you booked. They have services that can pick you up right on the curb or from LAX-it. Their website displays that info when youre selecting the vehicle or service.
