Buyer beware…..I used this company twice last year in late summer. The first time was fine. Got my family to the airport and back with little hassles. However, the second time I booked them I was flying to Europe with my family of six. They called one hour before pick up and confirmed the trip. Then 5 minutes before they were supposed to pick us up I get a call saying they have no driver available and need to cancel. And to top that off, asked if I would still like to be Picked up upon our return. What a joke. Now almost a year later and I get a call last night asking if I am at LAX for my pick up…..(someone wasn’t picked up if they had my name instead of the real customer 😳) I told them I did not book a ride. Then I get a total of 5 phone calls, 2 texts and 2 emails trying to get me picked up from LAX while I am at home. I have not used this company in over a year and I will never use this company. I guess with all of the negative reviews and my own experiences, I got lucky once. But most likely you will be left stranded either before or after your vacation.

If I could rate them negative stars trust me I would. I called 24 hours before pick up to confirm they would be picking us up at LAX they confirmed they had a vehicle and driver. 30min before my take off flight I get a call that they need to cancel my ride due to shuttle problems they also did this to two other people in our group! Leaving us stranded at LAX to find our own shuttle. Absolutely unprofessional and will never use them again. When it came time for our return shuttle we called a week in advance to cancel because I was not about to be left high and dry again, they tried to charge me a cancellation fee, I had to argue with the customer service rep to talk to a manager who finally decided it was okay to waive the fee. NEVER BOOK WITH PRIME TIME SHUTTLE We ended up using Alex with Karmel and had an amazing experience.

I wish I could give negative stars. Absolutely horrible service. Do not use. I confirmed my reservation the night before my flight and received a text message at 3:50am for my 5am pickup. The driver did not show (said mechanical problems) and they said they would send another company but would not give me any additional on what company or driver. Then they said I could also look for alternative ways to get to the airport. Very poor customer service, little to no communication, and terrible logistics. Avoid at all costs. Schedule an Uber in advance and it will be cheaper and less hassle and stress on you.

I reserved a ride to LAX for a flight to Colorado approximately 2 days prior to pickup. The scheduled pick up was 0600 am. On the pickup day, 0600 came and went, and by 0630 there was still no car, no call, nothing. I had to call Prime Time to inquire about our ride. After being put on hold, they said they would call back, they did not. Being that time was of the essence, by 0645 I had to call again, where I was finally told there were no cars available, even though one had been "confirmed and charged" for the trip two days prior. Granted they refunded my fee, however I still feel the inconvenience from such a renown company is unacceptable. I probably will not seek their services anymore.

My husband and I missed our first leg of our flight to Europe due to the delay of the ride. Service came and dropped us off the wrong terminal which gave us more reason for the delay/missed flight as we were hopping from one kiosk/counter check in desk to the other! I had to rebook another flight that same day to get to the destination on time for the event which costed us additional $3000! I sent an email to PrimeShuttle to get compensated and followed up on it and was told that we can only be refunded of the shuttle service but not of the additional fare we paid for the flight. Okay then, I requested for a letter that we missed our flight due to the delay of the shuttle as a proof so we can claim it from the agent we booked the flight with. It's been almost 2 months now and I still keep on following up on it! Paging mr Rattan Joea!!!

Pick-ups are now done in the LAX-it lot under the name Opoli (same company as Prime Time.) When you get off of the shuttle bus, they are located at the front of the line of taxis. You can get a quote on price via PrimeTimeShuttle.com or Opoli.com
