There is free parking but you will need to validate at the circulation desk (where you check out books). It is a max of two hours but you can move your car out of the parking lot and back in and get another two free hours. @Jonathan Gutierrez No you cannot pay a street swiping citation at the library but the library is right next to city hall.

I had 2 hrs free parking in the parking structure next to the library. I know 2 hrs is not enough to visit the library but this parking facility is shared to the city courts and City Hall visits ... and it is not enough ..
You get 1 hour free in the parking structure. I don't understand how a public agency can charge for using their service, especially since street parking is impossible!
