It's not perfect but the location is spectacular for the price! The HOA does need to make some updates to some of their rules as they are outdated. The main pool is nice. I have seen some cockroaches but cockroaches are everywhere I've ever lived, just whats to be expected in large communities like this. Parking is the only real issue I've had because there are not enough spaces for everyone and when I want to have a guest over they often have to park far. Other than that it's a great place to live. I love my neighbors, they are so friendly, and like I said the location is great! so much to do right around the area.

I have lived here since January (writing this in August) and if I could I would give it a zero-star rating. Why, you ask? Let me list the ways! 1. One of the reasons I moved in here was for the Jacuzzi. From November (or so I was told) until July it was closed. Now its open. They don't have a heater for it, but its open. So basically its a mini-pool. 2. There is a guy that walks around ALL DAY blowing an air horn selling heaven knows what out of his little red wagon. Security doesn't care at all (they will give you a $25 fine if you have a drop of oil in your carport, however). 3. It is hard to get around because the sidewalk intersections are usually covered in children. I mean, actually covered. They throw out their blankets and have all-day parties in the middle of the sidewalk-intersections. If you walk around, you will notice worn areas in the dirt, this is because people have to walk around the kids. 4. It seems weird, but if you are not driving, there is only one way out of this complex. This place is HUGE, but, even with a key, there is only one way out (unless the "gate" of the "gated community" is broke, which it is about 20% of the time). I am an avid bicycle rider, but having to walk my bike through the entire complex (they fine you if you ride it, usually the guy who rides his bike is the one that gives the fine) is a big PITA. 5. The laundry rooms are CRAP. For as many people as live in this complex, there is probably 30% less washers than their should be, and the laundry rooms are filthy. 6. There are cockroaches EVERYWHERE. Thankfully I have never seen one in my house, but they are all over the place at the pools and in the laundry rooms. 7. The HOA won't fix anything, but (according to my owner) consistently raise the fees. They won't talk to tenants at all (big sign posted on their window) but the one time I went in "on behalf of my owner" they treated me like I was an inconvenience. I don't think they have a single idea how customer service works! I rented here short-term, with roommates, as I was selling another property. I was actually seriously considering buying here, because the location is so convenient. I am SO glad I was able to experience this place before I spent the $400K+ that the condos are going for. I most certainly will not be purchasing here, am moving out next month, and STRONGLY recommend anyone considering moving here to find other accommodation.

Parking is horrible. We often drive around atleast 1/2 hr to find parking. Laundry room machines always broken or take your money! No chairs to sit on around pool unless you bring your own. Only 4 people allowed in pool area per key. No bbq area. When and if the pools are open they are not very appealing. Old looking. Security consists of one man who is more interested in towing your car than anything else. Not friendly at all.

the rentals are ok and fair priced, but the staff are horrible. as a whole every member of the staff are rude unpleasant and vindictive. the water lines are frequently shut off for maintenance, with no notice given to residents before hand with water outages lasting several days. the staff frequently find reasons to fine residents, during the last heat wave we received numerous fines for placing a fan in the window to cool down a bedroom, working the night shift i have left a car parked in the lot for less than 30 minutes after getting off work and had it towed. the security guard Jacob is the worst person i have ever met in my life, this man is a pervert and possibly worse, i personally have caught him peering into windows at night numerous times, each time i have caught him he has skittered away like the cockroach he is. rent her at you own risk and keep your shades drawn

I think most of them are owned and not rented. There probably is some available to rent every now and then but for the most part I think they are mostly owned.
Very calm quiet and friendly place to visit and live. Most all the people seem to get along fine with each other.
