Yes it is. But sometimes they were asking for a donation that you can afford. What is a $20 donation compare to the fees going to some private clinics. I also bring food sometimes for the staff to appreciate their free services. All the staff, nurses and the Doctors are very accommodating.
Yes, they are free, however, the clinic is not funded by the county. It's a tiny clinic that relies on private donations and the proceeds from it's thrift shop to stay open. Please donate something if you can. ( I don't work there, I'm just a patient.)
