Oh God I had a very bad experience today in this clinic, Dr. Brum was spectacular but the nursing staff was a bit cold, The complaint I have is with the Nurse named Elizabeth it was a bad attitude, and it made me wait for a long time With my 2 1yr old twins, first of all to serve the public you must have Love, Compassion and service, nothing is being given to us for free, so hopefully the manager will meet and talk about the importance of having a good attitude and giving the correct information .

Simply awful, they allowed a patient to have someone else speak on their behalf with no translation and did not check out their own patients, when asked for information in diabetes was informed to figure it out dr lim is a joke. Report to Medicare and medicaid for license issues, the girls at the desks think the world owes you something, do your job and be happy, such a shame to take advantage of the lower income society shame on you guys, Dr lim and his staff!!! Report made to state for violation of license and HIPAA do not recommend ever to this place

When you call it automatically goes to that "we have no available operators right now"and stays there for like 20 minutes then just goes to ringing endlessly with no answer. This has happened several times fire the last 2 days. Inside the clinic, there is a long line just to sign in and be told that there is no available space whatsoever this morning but if you come back in the afternoon and wait maybe, just maybe, you'll be seen. Mind you, this is a follow-up visit I was told was required after my urgent care visit for breaking my thumb. I will be changing doctors at the end of the month.

Horrible I don't recommended they have been neglecting on of my families members at the point that was not seen by the Dr. and got to the point the he ended up in the hospital. If you value your families lives don't go to this clinic.
