It is my first time that I go the first exit to the river, they charge access and I think everything is close. I went further up past the dam, there is a place that does not run much water and it is cold, it is close to the street 100 feet.
Access to the river is not permitted from 100 N Old San Gabriel Road. The Morris Dam upstream of the area releases water quickly and without warning.
