The parking is really hectic.. but to get a more reasonable rate just park at the public beach parking...
Cabo Cantina has terrible food and service. Go to the Whaler for great food with an awesome ocean view.The huge Mexican restaurant (Not El Tarasco)on Washington just inland past the canal has valet parking, or try parking on Ocean Ave.
Just park in the public parking lot.

The front has meters to park at. There is free street parking in the neighborhood.
Valet in the back, otherwise typical LA street parking
