I urge you to save a lot of money and go elsewhere. You will probably get the same or better care with far less cost elsewhere, the facility is no different than others that I've been in. BE AWARE as they will not tell you the costs of any procedures beforehand even if it's an unnecessary procedure (which was my case, which cost me a lot of money only to find out it wasn't needed later on by a specialist) nor will they help you with anything that you may have problems with. If you have any issues with them, customer service is nonexistent. Good Luck.

Due to the Pandemic you can no longer walk in the front door. There is a telephone interview, which consists of several questions regarding your symptoms. Then they ask you to walk around to the only entrance and wait for someone to assist you and open the door. Once the door is opened they take your temperature. Note: only the person needing care is allowed in doors. The service is fast, professional, and friendly as usual.

Ever since they started a revolving door of PCP there has been a serious slide in competency from the staff. Not only was I NOT given the vaccine I was told I needed, they lied to my face about it, then couldn't manage to schedule/order/approve vaccines my teen needed to attend school. Love UCLA Health but this location needs to clean house and start over!

I had a pretty bad bicycle cash on the beach and they took excellent care of me. The Dr seemed thorough and the MAs and LVNs were great but also kind, which helps a lot when you’re in a ton of pain and scared. The only difficulty is getting in and out of the parking lot—it’s a little confusing and I had to take Lyft bc I couldn’t drive, so was a little rough for the drivers.
