What can I say others haven't? You want a bike. Go here to buy that bike. Zero pressure, friendly folks happy to help, a ton of bikes and apparel. I came here to do my new rider training and any nerves vanished immediately when I spoke with the staff here. Had a great welcome when I walked in. I can't wait to be a part of the biker fraternity!

I took my Fatboy to Bartel's for an oil leak and service and Max in the service dept was fantastic. He was professional, friendly and had a great sense of humor. He provided answers for all my questions and went above and beyond the standard customer service. Conor was the mechanic who worked on my bike (Black Betty) and he was extremely thorough with his inspection. He found issues I wasn't aware of. Yes, the cost was more than I originally expected, however I rode her a lot and she did have wear-n-tear. When I got my bike back I was blown away how perfect she felt, like the day I bought her. He did an excellent job. While all the employees there are great, these two sent me on my way fully satisfied with this transaction. Thanks Max & Conor!!

I had a great experience with all staff at Bartels' and without any pressure selling at all. However, I had nothing but problems with getting the bike serviced and returned to me. I wouldn't buy another bike there - in fact, I bought a new Harley-Davidson 2021 Street Bob yesterday at Huntington Beach Harley where I had a wonderful experience there.
