Yes start calling at 7:59 also I think u can call every Monday for assistance also you will need your utility bill and checkstub if you have one and last time I received assistance from them 4 years ago they wanted to know what all I spent my money on... Understandable... Also once you talk to them they will set an appt to bring in you nessessary documents but there is another place all I have is their number... You just call the 1st day of the month as soon as their open and the only thing you need is the utility bill and you can email or fax it you don't have to meet with them or anything (913) 236-8820 her name is Carrie very sweet lady...
