Yes they do.
Electricity outlets-yes; and some a light inside and a porch light. The one's I've stayed in didn't have water. I believe they did have a small heater.
The cabins have one outlet in them. During summer camps the kids can't use them, but during the rest of the year it shouldn't be a problem. I wouldn't try to charge 8 phones on it though.
I don't know but the rooms in the lodge do.
