I remember my 4H summer camp experiences fondly in the 90s & early 2000's. Was the highlight of my summer!! I remember a horse (grey mare) named Mariah that was there at that time and I'm glad she was still around as of 3yrs ago, I remember her being patient, kind, & well trained. Now I live just over the hill in Anza.

My daughter has been here twice, and she LOVED her stay! Clean and friendly staff. She went horseback riding, climb the alpine tower, archery, canoeing, and team activities. Make sure the pilot light is on for your cabin's water heater, or you will be taking a cold shower! Just ask a camp counselor.

The food is good and the cabins were nice. I went for a school trip and liked it so much I had to go back again. So I went for the summer camp and it was still so amazing. I recommend this if you want to make life long memories. (P.S just because your kids maybe young send them because the counselors are fun for all ages) I was 14 when I went for the summer camp and it still a great experience!!

No they want to make sure everyone is safe
We primarily host youth groups for outdoor education and summer camps but do offer a retreat/conference options for families looking to have events such as reunions or weekend getaways.
No store because there in a kitchen staff that cooks the meals for group. I think you can order a t-shirt or sweater through the office.

4700 feet. Drive up on 74 has an elevation gain of 2000 feet, and is winding.
The beds are ok there a little hard I recommend you take some pillows or a sleeping bag
