Yes . Waiting time for walk in of 2 is about 1.5 to 2 hours from 6-9. Bar is not first come or open seating anymore. Friday and Saturday dinner reservations for 2 are limited and I recommend making it as early as Monday or Tuesday.
I would definitely make a reservation anyday, otherwise you would be waiting
It would help to make a reservation, though otherwise you would probably have to wait 45 minutes to and hour. Though don't forget to ask if the bar is open if possible.
