Seems like not all grocery stores/markets accepts EBT but this is what it says in their website: Most major grocery store chains will accept your EBT card, as will major retailers like Walmart and Target. Some pharmacies, like CVS and Walgreens, will also accept EBT payment for eligible food items. You also can use an EBT card at some convenience stores/gas stations, farmers markets, and local food cooperatives. It is best to call the store directly to be sure.

I don't think they do. 99Ranch or HMart would be the alternative Asian marts that do.
