Nope, Elliot's Pet Emporium does not sell puppies. Selling puppies requires a special license from the state, which Elliot's does not have. Elliot's does sell kittens, hamsters, guinea pigs, rats, rabbits, snakes, lizards, spiders, turtles, and fresh and saltwater fish.
Kittens sometimes and rodents like rats gerbils hamsters and birds. Other than that reptiles and fish.
Never seen puppies, occasionally kittens! The animal shelter is down the street and has a lot of dogs even seen some puppies. Much better in the behavior dept.. when you adopt from a shelter.
