24/7 just be respectful after 9 pm most people are sleeping by that time
You can go after 9pm, call ahead, let them know, there is a side door service entrance for employees to use. I have used it, you just have to be respectful of other clients who may be sleeping.
They let me visit anytime I have gone as late as 9pm. Just be sure to check in at the front desk
