I am a family member of a resident and was horrified with the way this facility is run, I witnessed a ACNA yelling at a young pregnant coworker that she could not sit down, the poor girl looked like she was Going to pass out, not only have I complained several times but they continue to put two depends on my family member, will definitely be getting my family member moved to a different facility as soon as possible.

I'll have to go to Albany to test out. I was just hoping and wondering if u offered the test out
24/7 just be respectful after 9 pm most people are sleeping by that time
