Yes. There is entry fee of $8 and you may have to pay for parking as well (if you don't get the free spots). Parking was $3 for whole day when we went in.

Yes, around $10. It is worth it in my opinion alone to see the art and the craft of the temporary displays. The glass blowing events are intriguing as well.

It's nominal, about $8 to enter, lots of talented, local artists, glass blowing demos, little classes for the kids. My sisters and I go every summer and yes I buy too much 😉. I haven't made it to the winter festival but I hear it's very nice also.
