I brought my wife in for an injury that needed immediate attention. They naturally required masks for everyone in the facility, but literally would only provide one for my wife. They wouldn’t give me one and told me to leave my wife there and go get a mask at CVS more than a mile away if I wanted to be with her in the facility. Not only would they not give me a $0.10 mask, they wouldn’t let me buy one from them to cover the high cost of a $0.10 mask. CVS, by the way, gives them away for free, as does every hospital in the country. This is not a “care center.” The people who work there should be embarrassed.

Came in for quick visit... After a little paperwork with the super helpful staff, I was able to see the doctor. Everyone was super caring and helpful, will definitely be back if need be!

Signing up was easy as well as the ablility to get an appoint that wasn't a month or two out. The staff are courteous and the clinic is clean and spotless. I was there at the time of my appointment and there was no waiting at all. Thank you Surfside

Easy to make an appointment. Very friendly staff. Smoothest blood draw ever, I didn’t even feel the needle going in! Got my Covid test result within 36 hours as estimated. Comfortable, clean facility. Parking is tight, be patient. I would definitely go here again and recommend to others.

Hello! I am so sorry we missed your call. We have been a bit short staffed and the clinic has busy lately. There are some phone calls that go to our VM. However, if you try an call us back someone will answer. If you need further assistance, please call and ask for the office manager or Director of Operations so we may assist you. The good news is that we are in the process of hiring and trying to expand our team. We look forward to assisting you, and again my apologies for missing your call.

Is the rapid test valid for going from the US to Canada?

We offer rapid COVID19 testing and PCR testing. Usually, for travel-related testing, PCR is a safer way to go as it is accepted more often. Rapid COVID testing can give you the result in 15-20min. PCR can give you the result in 1-2 days. Hope this helps. Make an appointment on our website www.LagunaBeachUC.com
