Yes and no. There are drop off points and plenty of area for wheelchairs. The crowd might be a different story though because there is a lot of foot traffic and maneuvering through that with the entire area covered in wood chips may be difficult. Overall, I wouldn't recommend wheelchairs but they are there for those bold enough to try
Yes but there are some obstacles as the ground is not paved in places and there are some small inclines. Some of the venue is tight to navigate as well.
Power wheelchairs would do fine. Manual ones are doable but most likely more difficult. The longer the event goes on the more the wood chips get compacted which should make it easier. So try going more towards the end of the event.
