It's typical for "mom & pop" shops to run out of items/inventory. "Island Style Cafe" isn't bad, but "Homestyle Hawaiian" is the WORST at this! (They run out of items ALL the time.) 👎🏽
On days like today, Superbowl Sunday, there may be so many orders from a lot of loyal customers. That, plus customers in the resturant would keep the grill really busy. Sorry your order didn't make it as requested.
I am a loyal patron of this Mom & Pop resto... homely service and popular menu items. There will be times small family businesses like this will have shortcomings for menu items. I can live with it myself and always enjoy the Resto. I hope you have a better experience next time.
I agree with you except in a couple of instances, like it's a breakfast item and they no longer serve it after 10am and if they are out of an item.
