Best Hawaiian food in San Diego! I’ve been looking for a spot with loco moco similar to Hawaii and have been let down every time, until I found Island Style Cafe. The loco moco is comparable to any found on the island and I haven’t tried anything that I haven’t loved here. BTW island pancakes are amazing and the shaved ice is enormous!!!

We just got back from our first Hawaii vacation and craved for authentic Polynesian Hawaiian food and found this gem!!!!! The Kalua pork was awesome and way better than the food we ate in ka Moana luau. Can't wait to try the whole menu. Love at first sight! What a blessing.

Very generous serving size for the Loco Moco (just like you'd get on the islands). Beef patty was very flavorful and the gravy was delicious.
