Took some time just to get my daughter's birth certificate, but they were nice one I got up there. There really should be a more streamlined way of doing that.

You can only get your Birth Certificate from the County where you were born. So, if you were born in Oakland you need to look up the County Recorder for the County there, you might be able to get it from them on line or by mail. Look it up on the internet 😃 hope this helps
