Real simple, made a appointment a week in advance,took the day off of work showed up early just to be told... you need to get a back up plan,. Which means takeing another day off.. 600 dollars out of my pocket for days off that couldnt afford. Hourseman Automotive is a bitt Pricey but in the past very Reliable and professional So was willing to pay the higher cost but thier service has drop Substantially over the years so unless your willing to take a 3 days to a week off of work I suggest finding a more reliable professional place to have your vehicle repaired
