Jasmine at the Woodside location in Santee is a great employee. Welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable. She greeted me and put forth all attention to get me in a storage unit. Whole thing was 20 minutes. Easy peasy. Even greased up the roll up door and gave me a tour. I wish all things were so easy. I’m grateful.

I came here because it was close by. During the day the gate is left open which doesnt feel secure but it makes sense for convenience because the keypad is located on the passenger side when you roll up to the gate. But I've been to many storage places like that and you have no choice but to get out of your car. Unfortunately security is never meant to be convenient but does act as a deterent. Tight squeeze getting around building if you have a large moving truck but cars and pickups are fine.

On January 8 I had an appointment with an affiliated extra storage facility. When I arrived I was told that several units had caught on fire and the unit I was interested in was one of them. They advised me that there were no other units available. The manager there recalled that another storage unit had recently opened from the same company down the street from Mission Gorge in Santee, Ca. She called the storage office on 10835 Woodside, Santee, they inturn confirmed they had an available unit so I went and decided to rent the unit. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated the whole experience. Thank you. I finally moved my belongings a week later because I became sick and had to hire a moving service to move there from Orange County.
