This is a wonderful place to live. The poor reviews must be from poor tenants. It feels so safe in this neighborhood because of the hard work Teresa and Abbey put into their job. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. We are treated great here and like family. Any time you need something fixed it gets done. The property is clean and great for kids. If you have an opportunity to move in, take it!

I have lived in La Roca Plaza going on 28 years Teresa and her husband, Office staff and maintenance crew have made these apartments very nice and safe. In December I had an emergency at 2am Teresa and her husband made it to my place in seconds to make sure my family was ok and came back the next morning and started repairing my place and I love how Teresa tries to make the apartments a community with family events and events for the kids and the kids know they are always welcomed in the office to say hi. How many people can say that about there apartments. I will recommend La Roca Plaza and Teresa and the crew that works here.

I have been so pleased living at La Roca Plaza over the past year and a half. It has been very apparent to me that the owner, manager, office staff, and maintenance department truly care about the apartments and the tenants. They work hard to keep everything clean and well kept. The grounds are beautiful and if I need anything, they are prompt to help and always so friendly. I feel like I’m a part of a friendly neighborhood. I also feel like it’s a safe place to live as they have security cameras and the grounds are well lit at night. The rent is also reasonably priced which is so appreciated. I can’t say enough good things about La Roca; I have found a great place to call home!
