Great, helpful, and very friendly staff. I came in with a weird request for clean and lean cooked chicken and rice for my dog who has an upset tummy. You did not have exactly that, but the deli man(oh I wished I had gotten his name) was so helpful and full of positive support and suggestions to make my task happen. And it did. I bought pre- cooked clean and lean chicken, and frozen, nothing added, microwaveable rice packets. I will be back to this store because customer service is everything to me and it is definitely lacking elsewhere. Cheers to Santee Sprouts staff! It was a fluke I stopped there, near the vet. But, now I’m a fan. Keep on keeping on! 💝👏🏻💪🏻

Great selection, friendly staff and can count on produce staying fresh longer than when bought from other stores! Recently, stopped by early before work to pick up some avocados to share with people at work. The confusion I felt, may have been visible on my face - as I tried to find the ones that were just right (not too soft, since we were not making guacamole and not too hard, as we planned to eat them that day). Luis offered to help and saved the day! He took the extra time to let me know what to look for and even picked them out for me. I showed up with an amazing treat for co-workers, who enjoyed and finished the deliciousness by the end of the work day!!

I always buy too many 'healthy' snacks -- so obviously an excellent selection, also nicely kept clean. Prices are decent. I love the bulk bins. I rarely buy produce here (I belong to a CSA delivery and generally that's enough) but it is fresh when I do.

They limit the amount of people shopping at any given moment. The rest has to wait outside. The wait time ranges from 10-15min at their Eastlake location.
They have so much cheese. I would recommend that you phone them directly to ask.

I don't remember ever seeing any fresh, maybe frozen. They might have them maybe more towards the holiday, I'd call and ask. I'd also try Trader Joe's.
They did earlier in the season. Not sure if they still have them.
Not that I've seen. However, their website has gotten waaay better since going with Instacart. Might check there just to be double sure.

Yes, they carry Brown rice flour that the mushroom mycilium grew on & they ground up & capsuled.
