Our HOA hired Unlimited Drilling & Foundation for a large bank stabilization project requiring two retaining walls. We could not be happier with the final product. The scope of the project changed a couple times due to engineering and city requirements and Joe worked with us to minimize the cost impact. Joe and his crew were very creative in dealing with the limited access to the site and working through the rainy season. I would highly recommend Unlimited Drilling & Foundation.

Hired Unlimited Drilling and Foundations to remove and replace an existing stabilization wall on one side of our home and to build a retaining wall along the backside to enable us to have a level backyard. As Joe says on his website, you are hiring him and his crew, not subcontractors. Joe stopped by almost everyday to either consult with his crew, deliver materials and equipment and most often, to actually dig in and work. Not only does Unlimited do great work which shows from their finished product, but equally important, Joe Azar and his crew are really great guys who are hard working, intelligent, resourceful, respectful and honest. We were never surprised with unexpected costs and the project came in on budget. We highly recommend Joe Azar at Unlimited Drilling and would never hesitate to hire them again!

We do repair and stabilize existing retaining walls. Tiebacks are a common repair method for leaning walls. Depending on condition, location and construction method a repair may or may not be cost effective. You can send pictures or schedule a appointment for onsite meeting. Joe
