Well u need a place to stay go for it..outside showers thats are never clean...80ft rooms so very little space 120ftroom is the biggest ..id bring my own sheets..it like college dorms but not kept well clean..its ghetto style
I don't work here. I'm a resident who lives here,for reasons I choose not to declose at this time But I can tell you that at this time even though they claim to be a S R O ( single room occupancy) hotel, ther ate domestic couples as well married couples. They also allow overnight quest for a 15 dollar fee. I don't understand their reasoning on that. As far bathrooms, you have a toilet in the corner of the room. Hope you are not shy!! There are 8 showers per floor. You wait your turn and hope none are out of order which usually there are.( You would not believe what I have found). As for price per room,that also is another story. I no what they advertise but there are those that pay more than the advertised rent but for what reasons I don't know. I know one tenant here has been trying for months to get the wall of which the counter sink.barely hangs on to fixe and they haven't done it yet. Also to let you know, there is no maid service or house keeping. You get one set of sheets.
