I had a great experience here! Just purchased 6 exterior lights fixtures for the house and can’t wait for them to arrive. The staff and service was incredible too, they helped me with everything. I brought in an old light fixture and they hooked it up just to help me know the lumens. Thanks so much!

I've shopped here a few times and received great service. Today I stopped in with a return and Melody rushed over to help me which I really appreciated as the box was heavy! After the return was finished I needed help figuring out replacement bulbs. Melody wasn't sure what I was looking for so she turned over the search to Margareta. Margareta checked my order history and pulled bulbs out of the box to compare to a picture I'd brought. She wasn't going to let me leave without what I came for! Margareta was able to find the match and Melody helped me check out again. I've never received such amazing and friendly service from not just one but TWO sales associates for a return and small purchase! I'd highly recommend working with either of these Associates if you're in the store. Thanks again and I wish I had more lights to purchase but I'll definitely be back for my next renovation!

Hi - if the design is sold bu us there may be replacement parts available for it, such as a finial or a lamp shade. But we do not do electrical repairs on any designs. Thanks for the question.

We follow all local and state issued health orders and have put several temporary measures in place for the safety of all.
