The staff and management characteristics are ez and not acceptable. The staff does not care for tenants unless they are serving their needs. I would question deaths of people there. The hotel was exposed for corrupted out of control ways and facts that maintenance crew involved with whatever reason opted out characters were not involved, tip off led to sting and abuse of power exposed. I would be very careful deposit not returned and evicted for non payment of rent when rent was paid in one lump sum from the city of Sd housing program at that time. Stupid mistakes exposed corrupt staff and management.

Is terrible place to live new manager and their attorney are corrupted and evil they should be closed they claim terminux is a disgraced new iowner abused elderly disable one elevator for whole building. They are terrible maintenance people rugs in all hall ways are infected with bed bugs . Code unforcedment why they tolerate this . They brake the laws of renting they must be paying politicians . Baiter management shall be unlicensed of abuses and braking laws. Many people died there rooms there even several jump of the buildings.. office staff bunch kiss asser to owner liars and rude and do not accommodate to of poison put in their rooms.

I am starting to collect proof that the maintenance crew are intentionally planting bed bugs into the rooms of tenants, including my own, to have a continuous contract with Terminix. Not to mention raising the rent to all of us and creating a health hazard for the renters leads me to make this report. The Wi-Fi is a security risk to your privacy. When room 208 made it a clear issue with proof, they evicted him. So knowing I too might be evicted as well, I am going to go down swinging. Do not rent from here. Or any other housing complex from Barker Management. Especially since December 2018 they let tenant in 314 to threaten, intimidate and and continuously disturb the peace for six months until this day.. The building management and the main office does nothing to punish him or even tell him to keep it down. Their lack of responsibility is not worth the ridiculous rent they charge.
