Stephanie Tucker, it is not a path for a strollers.... only real way to take the baby is on your back( baby pack) the trail is very rocky and steap.
I wouldn't bring it. It's kid friendly but not stroller friendly
Yes, down the main trail. I am not sure about the side trails though.
There are some skinny/uneven parts of the trail that would be difficult to get a stroller past. I wouldn't advise it.

I would say no. I've never brought my stroller because it gets narrow at times, but mostly because of how bumpy it gets.
