Return policy is terrible. My queen avocado tree died and they would not replace it. I felt like they don't trust there customers. They simply don't care about there customers nor trust them. Best to buy your trees at your local nurseries.

Found Kona Sharwil avocados trees and I bought all they had. They we're the only ones that had my beloved variety I grew up on back on the Big Island. They also had Nimlio, Jan Boyce, Nabal and all the usuals.

The minimum I can give is 1 star which is 1 star more than they deserve. I called over 3 weeks ago to order a couple of avocado trees which they said and confirmed were in stock. They said thy will call me back with the shipping charges and most likely they will ship later in the same day. For two weeks, I would get the same exact story, we need to get the shipping charges and call you back. Finally after about 7 calls and two weeks, "Junior" tells me that "we cannot ship" trees, even though the manager "Victor" I spoke with on the first call, said they have absolutely no problem shipping them. I left a few messages to file a complaint to Victor but not a single call was returned. I would avoid this nursery at all costs. In 25 years of dealing with nurseries from all over, this one is by far the worst!!!!!!
