Love the Fallbrook office and the staff, they always get 5 stars, but their phone system is the absolute worst. I am on eternal hold every time I call. This really needs to be changed. Update: I received a response and was told that they were working on their phone problems. All talk no action. I was on my way to an appointment at the Fallbrook facility and got caught in an accident blocking the back road that I always take. I had to turn around and take the long way. This unfortunately made me a little late for my appointment. The point is, I tried to call to let them know I was going to be late and was on hold, as usual, until I pulled up to the office. Nobody ever picked up the call after 20 minutes. It's ridiculous that I had no way of contacting them. Hire more people to answer your phones!!!! Two people(which is what it seems like) cannot be expected to handle calls for the amount of facilities you have.

Dr Peter Jenson is a wonderful caring doctor, he saved my life on Feb 2 2021. Realized I was having a heart attack. Sent me to hospital. I have been going to this office for over 22 years.

5 stars for Dr. Petersen. I’ve seen three other doctors there that were okay but Dr. Petersen goes above and beyond to make you as the patient feel heard And cared for. He sympathizes with you as a parent worried about your little ones during this Pandemic. He is personable and never rushed. He is knowledgeable and reassuring. I can usually call Graybill and get an appointment within the same day. If you want top quality care, Dr. Petersen is who you want to see .

My family has been going to Graybill for several years. We have been pleased with all the doctors/PA we have seen and the services/referrals we have received. The staff are caring and patient-centered from the time you arrive. Office staff are kind and caring, nurses are thoughtful and attentive, and doctors (and PA) spend time really listening to what the patient says. It has been my experience that the doctors want you to contact them if a problem persists after initial appointment. Highly recommend.
