She was very knowledgeable and helped us when picking out phone cases and selecting the best accessories for our preferred use. Very great customer service help while in store, Elana was the one that took care of me and was great and made sure I got setup with first net and helped me get this phone set up. Maria recognized my account wasn’t on first net and made sure I got setup with that right away, certainly would come back if I needed more help

I came in to Fallbrook AT&T with a tidal waves worth of questions and Mary answered literally every single question I had in such great detail that I learned things I was paying too much for and offers I qualified for, basically saving me so much money overall. Would HIGHLY recommend coming here. Especially if you’re looking for an employee who’s willing to sit down and explain everything to you respectfully, in great detail and without losing her patience.
