Went to pick up a package. Employees very dismissive and rude. 1st one went to look, took a long time, came back and said "I can't find it," and turned to help someone else. I asked if that was all, she turned back around, clearly irritated, said "ugh, do you have a tracking# ?" I gave it to her and she turned to another employee and asked him to go look for the package. Employee #2 went to look. About 10 minutes later he returned and casually said "well it does say it's here but i don't know where." He printed the tracking details and asked for my name and # to have a supervisor call me and nonchalantly said "yeah I couldn't find it sorry. " Then called up the next customer. At that moment it wasn't even about the package aymore, it was the way I was treated (specially by the 1st employee). The package was supposed to be delivered to my home to begin with. No notice of attempted delivery at my home was left. At that point I don't even think the carrier tried to actually deliver. It's always a bad experience there. I was dreading the trip, but I went in hoping for a better experience, but nope. Rude and slow like always.

The US Postal service is a failing business, and has been for some time now. When you visit USPS locations, it's really apparent why. The people who work there absolutely hate their job, and hate you for coming into the post office. What a terrible experience today. I just tried to pick up some mail and the attitude was incredibly rude. I will keep doing everything I can to avoid using USPS. And I will try to never come to this location again.

I just went to have a package with a book returned and this lady who also happens to be the manager comes to try an help us while in line. We tell her that the return fee is something we have to pay for and we only came in to pay for it. She tells us that the return slip is something we ask the bookstore for. I tell her that we have to take care of it but she just kept rudely insisting. She spoke to us as if she was some USPS goddess with all the knowledge. So we step out of the line for a quick second to check because we were almost next and we didn't want to hold the line. Well, because we stepped out of the line, our 5 minute visit became a 40 minute visit. I don't blame the employees as it was another customer's fault we waited that long, but if it weren't for the manager's lack of knowledge on the fact that not everyone covers your return slip we would have had a better experience. Her employee knew more than her as he knew that we had to cover the payment. She had glasses and brown hair and clearly doesn't know what she is talking about. I would give this a one star, but the employees there were so nice and helpful unlike her.

I have had numerous problems with our mail delivery. We get other people’s mail, plus we are getting mail every other day. All of my mail was in my neighbors box, even though our address is very visible on each box. They really need to do random checks on their delivery people. I am so frustrated. I don’t have the money to get a PO Box, nor should I have to. So very sad. Glad I did not mail my votes from my box!

Yes. Appointment there is the way to go, but they may take limited walk-ins.
I asked one of their carriers and basically got a “we dont really care” answer from her. She’s got red hair and looked pretty miserable.
Yes, mail is delivered Monday through Saturday.
It may have been stolen or delivered somewhere else by mistake.
Bc no one really cares
I don't know probably budget cuts and less employees.....
I sent something to a friend in Australia and it took 6 weeks. Don't have a lot of confidence in them right now.
Typically they put full mailboxes in a tub and leave a note. But I believe after 10 days they return it. Ive been told thats standard practice.
I'm not sure tbh. Sorry i know that's not helpful. I would call your post office directly.
