We had a kitchen fire on the 4th of July. Servpro responded immediately and we could not have asked for more professional and prompt service. There was a huge amount of clean up throughout the entire house due to the fire and smoke. Nick and his crew were here every day until the job was done. Thanks to Servpro everything related to the damage was taken care of and we did not have to worry about a thing!

Not sure where to start other then this is the ONLY company I will ever use!!! I had originally contacted Servpro out of San Marcos, due to a pipe that burst, and it was an absolute nightmare from day one! Everything from the run around to literally getting yelled at by the manager! I was so lost as to what to do so I asked my plumber who they would recommend and they gave me Randy at Servpro Fallbrook/Oceanside!! He made the whole process so easy and pain free! He took care of literally EVERYTHING!!! I got to hand him the keys and came back to an amazingly finished job!! I can not say enough about how accommodating not just Randy but his entire team was!!! I dealt with several of Randy's employees all as nice and knowledgeable as the next! He also dealt with the insurance company with ease as his knowledge of the insurance side is beyond extensive!! What can I say, we wouldn't have survived the storm (literally and figuratively) without the help from SERVPRO Fallbrook. Our home flooded due to 3 days of heavy rains in January and the water came through the walls of our home. It was a very traumatic event for our family. 2400 square feet home, damaged in a matter of minutes. Randy came in right away and helped us understand the severity of the damages even before the adjuster was able to make it out from FEMA. He got started with the mitigation the minute the adjuster gave us the go. He knew that we needed to get going on the remodel as I was 8 months pregnant and timing was everything. Randy's team was kind and hardworking with a lot of knowledge. Randy was in constant contact with my husband as our home dried out. He had a number of machines (dehumidifiers and air cleaners) that helped speed the process up. He took care of demo, dumping, clean up as well as the necessary drying out and even offered to store our personal belongings. We are very confident in the work his team did on our home and very pleased with his support and knowledge. We quickly learned that water in a home is very dangerous. Glad it is all done and we are back in our home.
