Yes as long as a legal guardian is present. The staff are professional and very helpful . My Son and I went on his 16th birthday ,we had a great day!

Yes, I do believe everyone who shoots must have a state sanctioned i.d. however. The legal guardian must be the renter and present, and if neither has ever shot before they might initially assign an attendant to your lane.
