Here at REI Burbank Bought this 300 dollar yeti cooler a year and a half ago and have an REI membership for over 15 years now The zipper is giving out and they said they cover it for a year Yeti warranty is 3 years Don’t know what the REI membership is good for anymore other than the already covered warranty People be careful with where you invest your money Rei membership is worth less and less every day I drove out here and couldn’t even get a print out of when I purchased my cooler because it was confidential information Tess helped ( not helped ) me by the way So disappointed :(

I felt a lot of unnecessary pressure to join the membership program but there didn't seem to be much benefit to joining, other than a gift card that expires in a few weeks. Otherwise, it was nice to try on the hiking boots and test them out on the little rock thing. The guy in the shoe department was super helpful and even brought more options than I picked, based on the wants and needs that I told him.

Cool store - very multi-purpose and high-end. Items are very expensive. Staff is quite helpful but can tend to try to upsell you too much on things like memberships etc.

Honestly this place is the worst REI I've ever been to, and I've already given this store multiple tries. The staff is extremely rude, inventory is horrible, and I've never encountered a team that collectively was as dismissive of customers. If you *look* like you're outdoorsy - i.e., fit, WHITE, sun-bleached hair - you'll probably get helped. But otherwise, go to the Northridge REI or shop online instead - it's a less prejudiced experience.

Yes.
i don't think I've seen any in store. check their website to see if REI sells any. it'll also let you know if it's in stock in any of their stores.
Hi REI is a mountaineering store not sports store.! Check out Lids. Glendale mall.
I apologize I'm not too confident I do know they do accept Paypal online only though not at the store
Yes, as long as they have one assembled in the store you can test ride it.
Sorry at this time REI Burbank does not rent camping gear. REI Arcadia is the closest location with a rental department.
Any online purchase can be returned at any store within a year.
none. no fishing or hunting equipment. HOWEVER, Walmart is in the same complex on the other side of the lot and sells fishing gear
