Yes. The sharps must be in a puncture resistant container (thicker plastic, like a Gatorade or bleach bottle or metal can) and the container must be sealed. Any loose sharps will result in the whole load being rejected. This is the only medical waste they accept.
And, only open on Saturday. Otherwise an easy, quick, stay in your car process.
