If you're happy with their work yes. If not, then don't. But if not, let them know their shortfall(s) so they can learn and grow. If animals and people are their passion, they'll listen, if not, then they're just there for a paycheck; positive and negative reviews are good too.

I would say yes, as long as customer service was good, and they did a good job.
