The storage units were nice and clean. It was easy to find my storage unit and they were clearly marked. It was nice to have a bathroom available and it was very clean. I felt safe going there to store my items

Ok had unit almost 7 years-- raised rent-- fair-- then bought out-- demanded insurance-- ok paid extra $13 a month-- the following month raised rent by $100 plus--had no choice-- gave notice-- out by May 1st-- Now can't get in!!! Have UHaual truck rented-- no one answers phone (can't leave message) or my knocks on office door!!! Come on!!!

Rent didn’t increase until new ownership. Rent increased from $135 to $200 people on fixed incomes can’t adjust to this. It’s very sad, I called to discuss they said the manager will get back to me but haven’t heard anything yet. I call the office and the mailbox is not set up so you can’t leave a message. Very disappointed!! I changed my review because the manager called back and adjusted my rent increase to a decent amount. Thanks or working with me!

Great customer service. Clean facility. Loyal to the community! The reason for the 3 stars is due to the high cost of storage that has doubled in price since new ownership, and during a time when Americans are struggling financially after/while trying to come back from a pandemic.
