This review is long overdue. An employee by the name of Annie went above and beyond to help me with an exchange. She really knows customer service. I do hope management appreciates her.

I have shopped in many Vitamin Shoppe stores and the best has always been in Irvine at the Spectrum. This store is in a busy location and is still trying to find its best merchandise mix, I have been there a few times and the items I would buy are out of stock or not carried in this store. Staff is helpful, but a couple times tried to steer me to brands and products they had, but not what I wanted. I made this clear, but rather than listen to what I wanted and get it or tell me when I could get it, the agenda to sell what they had was clear, perhaps a little to clear.

Terrible customer service! No one said hello or acknowledged I came in for ten minutes basically not until I asked them for help. The severely tall woman employee with short curly hair was so short with me, told me the directions were on the back of the bottle when I asked how to use it! I was looking for info on it and she snapped to read the label!! Wow, giant woman I won't be returning!!!
