I called after I posted that question. Got a simple direct answer. FED X.... That's who Lowe's uses. And that's who showed up with my delivery.
Parcel Post is one of the basic retail services offered by the United States Postal Service (USPS) for packages. Although slower than Priority Mail, it's typically less expensive, particularly for larger items. Businesses often make use of its commercial cousin, Parcel Select, for shipping merchandise.
It's ups. Parcel is cheapest. You can go to post office and get parcel or Priority mail. Sometimes priority is faster and cheaper. Best to ask post office 1st. Lowes just charges their rate and then shops for best rate. They make money off of you tat way. Happy shipping
