I do not even know where to begin. We had a wedding yesterday in Palm Springs and the last week the desert has experienced some of the weirdest weather, rain in and out of the horizon with no really understanding as to what may happen. On Thursday, just two days prior to our client's wedding, we decided we had to seek out a tent for 200 people, to not risk the potential forecast of rain. That day myself and Associate contacted, communicated, and were denied by 29 companies. Yes, you're reading this right! From LA, to Orange, to San Diego, companies either had the tent with no available labor or they didn't service Palm Springs. With a final push, we stumbled upon A1, and to say I am thankful would be an understatemt. We worked directly with Gabriel, he wanted to do everything he could to help us, and not only did we secure our tent at 6:45 PM on Thursday, his crew was onsite at 8:00 AM the very next morning and installed one of the most spectacular tents we've had. From how equipped they were in labor, to professionalism, I will not be going anywhere else for my equipment needs. Thank you A1 for your help, professionalism, and everything in between.
