The service was excellent in terms of the person fixing the washer. He was very experienced. However, I did not like the price I had to pay which outrageously high. On the phone I was told the serve call would be $69 and if I had the washer fixed the $40 spent on the part would me part of it. However when the technician gave me the the bill it was $194. It took the technician 25 minutes to fix the washer. He was not at my more than 30 minutes. I feel like I was taken and given miss leading information. I will not use them again and will tell my friends not to use them.
