Are the homeless, drug addicts, homosexuals, gang members and the poor welcomed ? I'm being sincerely serious, not a joke. Reason I ask is I've never seen homeless people in fellowship churches. So I wondered if the others were allowed.

Absolutely allowed, but they do not have a building. We meet at the high school, but all are welcome.
