I like that we can schedule a pick up for the donations even if their off office hours and they know our address and locate it well also. What I just don’t like is that some of the items in the thrift store is expensive and they were donated in the first place.

Hi Melany, Typically, donors who live in a gated community are asked to either provide a visitor's code for the driver or let the guard know ahead of time that we are coming on your scheduled date. Please call our Donor Service team at 1-800-775-VETS(8387), they will be able to notify the local driver of your request. Thank you!
Hi Jonni, we can only accept small furnishing that are light enough for one person to carry. Our drivers cannot accept help due to liability reasons. Thank you!
Hi Glenn, We do offer pickup service in many parts of Southern CA. You can schedule a pickup online at http://pickupplease.org/slp1/. However, we are not ale to accept furniture items that are too heavy or big for one person to carry. Thank you!
