I was thoroughly satisfied with my purchase and experience at Kay’s Jewelers with Brandon and Luda. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Because, the customer service was that good. I came in to buy an engagement ring for my fiancée one week. After I gave it to her, we decided to take it back the next week and get a ring more to her liking. Brandon was over and beyond accommodating and patient while she tried to decide which one she wanted. He wasn’t pushy. Letting us know that we had up to 60 days to make an exchange. And, was so nice that we ended upgrading to a ring that cost four times as much. Which is the one I should have purchased in the first place. I just want to end by saying that because of Brandon and Luda, any future purchases of jewelry we will be making at Kay’s Jewelers.

Went in about 6 weeks ago to go searching for the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancée. I had the intention of shopping around at every jewelry store in Escondido before I made a purchase. Kay Jewelers was my very first stop, and there I met Tonya and Luda. It was because of them that I didn’t continue shopping around. Tonya asked me what I was looking for. She guided me in the right direction, and I actually learned a lot about diamonds!! She listened and helped me pick out the perfect ring. They both made this overwhelming process a fun and enjoyable experience. My fiancée absolutely loves her ring!!

Mina is absolutely the most rudest person i know, she ignores you, pretty much have to walk up to her to get her attention and she still ignores you. Very rude, unwilling to show merchandise and kept rolling her eyes thinking she's very beautiful. And Frank, trying to rip people off with overpriced gold, he jumped from $4,000 to $5,500 with only adding 2 more inches on a necklace without consulting or verifying a fair price, he's only in it to steal from people.
